How do you get the best out of your players?

 Cricket is a sport that is ever-changing in the idea of changing but in lots of ways, it stays the same. The game itself requires like any other sport a combination of using your instincts, skills,  endurance, speed, agility, strength, and technique. However, in the ideology many cricket players and coaches still rely on traditional methods of training, such as long hours of net practice and repetitive drills. These methods may be old-fashioned fashion and not be the most effective or enjoyable way to improve performance and prevent injuries.
How do you get the best out of every individual in cricket and make them want to play and enjoy the game so they can then go on to be the best.
