“Assumptions are the mother of all f*ck ups!”

We “assume” that ambition has a certain ”look”, don’t we?

We either gravitate towards the ambitious members of the team, or avoid them, depending on our own personality quirks, don’t we?

Now try this little exercise when you have some time to spare –

·         Firstly visualize each member of the team

·         Using intuition and instinct, label each one as “ambitious” or “un-ambitious”

ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME?!

You have just wasted precious time judging others.

If you haven’t by now used your own natural instincts and intuition to work out who goes where and when, you are of no use to yourself or to others.
